Bagi anda penyuka ikan emas,dan ingin mendapatkan variasi dari hidangan yang berbahan dasar ikan ini, tak perlu khawatir, di Kabupaten Bogor tepatnya di Jl Sukasari I No.12A, ada sebuah resto yang berlabel Kahurun. Di resto tersebut, terdapat beraneka ragam makanan ringan (camilan) diantaranya ikan balita. Ikan balita Kahurun sangat populer khususnya bagi masyarakat Bogor, namun tak sedikit juga pendatang yang tahu mengenai ikan ini.

Ikan balita adalah makanan yang berbahan dasar ikan mas muda yang masih balita,digoreng garing setelah sebelumnya diberi bumbu seperti bawang merah, bawang putih,ketumbar, kemiri dan dll (sama seperti bumbu ikan mas goreng yang biasa),enak juga dimakan pakai nasi dengan cocolan sambal. Banyak orang yang berdatangan ke resto ini dan memilih ikan balita sebagai buah tangan dari perjalanan mereka.Karena Ikan balita ini dapat bertahan lama ± 3 bulan tanpa bahan pengawet.

            Resto yang berdiri sekitar 8 tahun yang lalu ini dimiliki oleh Ika Yuliska yang memulai usahanya dari nol dengan modal pertamanya lebih kurang Rp 500 ribu. Ika menggoreng dan mengemas sendiri ikan mas-ikan mas tersebut tanpa bantuan orang lain lalu menjajakannya via telepon dan door to door ke tetangga terdekatnya terlebih dahulu. Ternyata, ikan mas olahan Ika tersebut banyak peminatnya dan sampai pada akhirnya ia memutuskan untuk membuka kios di Jl Sukasari I.

Tetapi karena pesanan semakin banyak, ia menyewa tempat yang kini sudah menjadi miliknya sendiri di Jl Raja Simplak No. 172 sebagai tempat produksi karena tidak hanya ikan mas saja, makanan seperti Gepuk (daging sapi) kue-kue basah pun diproduksinya dengan bantuan 43 pegawainya, sedangkan tempat pemasaran tetap di Jl Sukasari I. Kini pegawai Ika sudah mencapai 48 orang, 5 di bagian kasir dan pemasaran, kemudian 43 di bagian produksi.

            Ikan balita produksi Ika itu dijual dengan harga Rp 55 ribu per dus besar (250 gram) dan Rp 32.500 per dus kecil (125 gram). Setiap hari kerja rata-rata laku terjual sejumlah 150 dus besar dan 30 dus kecil, namun Sabtu dan Minggu rata-rata terjual hingga 200 dus besar dan 100 dus kecil.

Omset yang didapat dari ikan balita ini cukup besar. Per hari kerja sebesar sekitar Rp 8.250.000 dari penjualan dus besar dan  Rp 975.000 dari penjualan dus kecil, sedangkan pada Sabtu dan Minggu penjualan dus besar bisa mencapai Rp 11juta dan Rp 3.250.000 untuk penjualan dus kecil.

Ika Yuliska sangat optimis usahanya ini akan sukses karena memiliki prospek yang cerah untuk 5 tahun kedepan ini. Namun, dibalik keoptimisannya, ada juga kecemasannya yaitu persaingan, ia harus siap menghadapi persaingan pasar untuk tahun-tahun mendatang, tetapi dengan usaha yang gigih, giat dan ulet ia yakin akan bisa melewati persaingan tersebut dengan selamat. ins

Sinta Nurmansyah dan Jovita Adityasari (Jojo) mendadak beken. Aksi lepas mereka saat melakukan lipsync (menirukan gerak bibir penyanyi) lagu Keong Racun di YouTube, langsung mengubah hidup mereka. Keduanya kini kebanjiran job!

Awal mulanya, mereka iseng beraksi di depan kamera. Kemudian videonya banyak diunduh orang. Kini kedua mojang Bandung itu kebanjiran pekerjaan. Mereka bahkan telah memiliki seorang manajer, Reindhy, yang kini menangani urusan pekerjaan Sinta dan Jojo.

"Dalam satu hari, ada syuting di lima acara yang berbeda. Dari pagi sampai malam," tutur Reindhy, di sela-sela penggarapan klip video dari lagu Keong Racun bersama Charly ST12, belum lama ini di Cijantung, Jakarta Timur.

"Di acara yang terakhir, `Sinden Gosip` (Trans TV), mereka sudah nggak bisa berdiri. Duduk terus. Sebenarnya mereka masih semangat, tapi secara fisik sudah nggak kuat," Reindhy, menambahkan.

Oleh karenanya, saat ini kesiapan fisik Sinta-Jojo menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam memilah pekerjaan, selain jadwal kuliah.

Sinta terdaftar sebagai mahasiswi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Jojo di Universitas Pasundan, Bandung, Jawa Barat. Mereka sama-sama duduk di semester lima.

Fenomena beraksi melantunkan lagu Keong Racun via YouTube yang dilakoni dua gadis asal Cimahi, Jawa Barat ini, memang membuat keduanya mendadak ngetop! Baru sepekan di Jakarta, tepatnya sejak Senin (26/8), Sinta dan Jojo sudah digaet perusahaan telepon seluler dan operator telepon sebagai bintang iklan.

Beberapa tawaran lagi masih dalam tahap pembicaraan. Yang paling besar mungkin adalah tawaran main film layar lebar dan kontrak kerja eksklusif dengan salah satu televisi swasta untuk mengisi belasan program acara. "Yang film dan di stasiun televisi masih dibicarakan. Ada sekitar 14 program acara yang diajukan," jelas Reindhy.

Lantas, bagi Sinta dan Jojo, hasil dari kerja kilat yang mereka dapat saat ini, merupakan berkah dari Yang Mahakuasa. "Alhamdulillah allah sudah kasih rezeki yang nggak disangka-sangka. Kami bersyukur dan lebih mendekatkan diri sama Allah, banyak salat, dan jangan sampe lupa sama Allah," demikian Sinta. [EL]

Meski sudah ngetop dan kebanjiran job, Sinta dan Jojo rupanya tak mau aji mumpung. Duo lipsync lagu Keong Racun yang tenar lewat Youtube ini, menolak main sinetron dengan pola kerja stripping.

"Kami berdua harus selesaikan kuliah dulu. Kegiatan kerja harus ngikutin jadwal kuliah," tutur Sinta, saat ditemui di sela-sela penggarapan klip video lagu Keong Racun bersama Charly ST12, di kawasan Cijantung, Jakarta Timur.

"Pokoknya, pendidikan nomer satu," tambah pemilik nama lengkap Sinta Nurmansyah ini kepada wartawan.

Dua mahasiswi asal Cimahi, Bandung ini mengaku memiliki kesepakatan, ketenaran singkat yang diraih mereka padaa saat ini, jangan sampai mengganggu kuliah.

Reindhy, manajer Sinta dan Jojo --(kini mereka sudah punya manajer lho!), mengungkapkan bahwa duo talentanya itu telah menolak kontrak kerja sinetron dengan sistem stripping, dari sebuah rumah produksi besar di Indonesia. "Kontrak kerja eksklusif untuk sinetron stripping," tuturnya.

"Begitu tahu jadwalnya padat, mereka nggak mau," Reindhy, menambahkan.

Saat ini Sinta terdaftar sebagai mahasiswi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Sementara Jojo di Universitas Pasundan Bandung, Jawa Barat. Keduanya sama-sama duduk di semester lima.

Walau kedua mojang Bandung ini tengah kebanjiran tawaran kerja, namun Reindhy mengklaim bisa memahami keputusan Sinta dan Jojo. "Pada dasarnya, kami dari manajemen, juga ingin mendahulukan pendidikan mereka," katanya.

"Mereka tergolong anak pintar, kuliahnya baik, dan punya kreativitas tinggi," ujar Reindhy.
