i really recomend this series coz...emang ga bakal mengecewakan...bener² gambler series...uiii menurut gw storyline nya bagus...terus gabungan jang hyuk ama kim min joon... emang keren bgt tuh... acting mereka emang jempolllll Thumbs Up... han ye seul...she so sweet...inteligent...so smart...suka dengarin dia ngomong english...terus...kim kap soo (a-gui) charector jahatnya bener² keren tuh....supporting actor and actress di sini jg bagus...pokoknya...love this series Cheesy ost dr film ini jg ok bgt....

Synopsis
Tazza ( ??) means gambler.
Go Ni is a young man with warm hearted soul, who showed a natural talent for gambling since his childhood. Go Ni suffers incredible loss after his mother and Daeho - a person who like a father for Go Ni - died. They died because of Young Min, Go Ni's childhood best friend.
Young Min is a handsome and has a such charisma but with bitter fist.
After that, Go Ni end up at prison where he met a top tazza player. Go Ni learn gambling from him in hopes of getting revenge.

Nan Sook is Go Ni's lover but she's also the first love to Young Min.
Her life changed after her brother happened to step in the hwatoo game, lost their home and she sold to Kye Dong Choon ( a gambling debt collector).
Later, Nan Sook is taken by Madame Jung ( a lady who loves gambling games) and Nan Sook is raised as a tazza.

weekend lg rajin bikin dessert di rumah Read cuaca lg panas makanya suka makan yg keluar dr peti sejuk (refrigerator)...terus bikinnya jg simple ga susah koq...sempet lg snap fotonya sebelum gw makan.... Big Grin terus gw nulis sekali resepinya...bisa di cobain confirm enak

 

Bahan A -Base Biskut (lapis paling bawah)
120 gm biskut marie [apa² biskut yg kita suka jg boleh] Wink
2 sudu besar butter

Cara
1. Mesinkan halus biskut.
2. Gaulkan dengan butter sehinga boleh dikepal.
3. Masukkan dalam loyang springform 8 inci bulat [emang bekas utk cheese kek kalo pake loyang biasa jg boleh] Wink
yg telah dilapikkan kertas minyak.
4. Tekan adunan dan bakar pada suhu 150'C selama 10 minit.

Bahan B - Filling
250 gm krim keju Philidephia
70 gm butter
120 gm fresh cream/
whipping cream/susu segar
120 gm gula halus
50 gm tepung jagung
30 gm tepung superfine
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
3 biji telur ayam [asingkan kuning dan putih telur]
4 sudu besar coco oren [ky yogurt coklat]

Topping:
Filling blueberry..
[beli siap dari supermarket] Wink

Cara:
1. Panaskan oven 150 C selama 5 minit. ...
2. Pukul putih telur sehingga naik gebus saperti bueh sabun. Pastikan tiada kuning telur tercampur dalam adunan putih telur...
3. Pukulkan keju kerim, butter, gula dan fresh cream/whipping cream/susu segar sehingga gebu.
4. Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu dan esen vanila. Pukul algi sehinggga rata.
5. Ayakkan kedua-dua jenis tepung.
6. Dengan menggunakan senduk kayu masukkan tepung dan kacau rata.
7. Buat teknik kaup-balikkan adunan. [maksudnya ga perlu di mixer just pake senduk aja d] Wink
8. Masukkan adunan putih telur dan gaulkan rata. Masukkan coco oren dan kacau rata.
9. Masukkan adunan dalam loyang yg telah ada biskut base. [ bekas yg udah ada lapis bawah tadi]
10 .Bakar pada suhu 150'C selama 50 minit
11. udah masak biarkan keknya dingin bentar
12. terus sejukkan kek dalam peti sejuk [refrigerator] untuk beberapa jam sampe dingin keknya
13. Letakkan topping blueberry sebagai hiasan dan boleh dimakan. Saliva

 

 

Bahan-bahan :

150 gm biskut marie

125 gm atau 1/2 butter

3/4 cawan air

1 cawan milo

3 sudu besar serbuk koko / cooking chocolate

1/2 cawan gula


Cara-cara:

1. patah²kan semua biskut marie
2. cairkan butter....[masak di atas api kecil]...terus masukkan air
3. masukkan milo sedikit²...kacau sebati....
4. masukkan serbuk coco/cooking chocolate...kacau sebati
5. masukkan gula...kacau sebati...
6. terus ambil biskut marie yg udah di patah² tadi...terus masukkan ke dalam bahan² yg di masak td [pastiin api udah di off]...kacau sampe semua biskut ada coklat...
7. akhir sekali biskut yg udah digaul rata ama coklat di masukan satu bekas dan di press sedikit ga perlu susun..terus di simpen dlm refrigerator [peti sejuk]

udah dingin dan keras ...bisa di potong² bakal keliatan ky di foto itu....enak tuhhhh...Saliva
