gw n keluarga gw suka sekali ama makanan satu ini.....

kalo pergi kemana2 n ada mampir buat makan, pasti bakal ada makan ice cream....

gw pikir kalo bisa bikin ice cream sendiri, bakal lebih baik...

mama gw juga jago masak....

nah, masalahnya mama gw g tau resep ice cream....

bagi yg suka masak n bikin makanan, tolong.... sekali lagi tolong beri gw resep bikin ice cream....

Try this one, bro


2 ounces (55 g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped

6 tablespoons (80 ml) milk, whole or low-fat

6 tablespoons (80 ml) Baileys liquor

1 medium-sized ripe banana, peeled*, and cut into chunks

1 tablespoon (15 ml) dark rum


1. In a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in the microwave), melt the chocolate with the milk.

2. Blend the melted chocolate the Baileys, the banana, and rum until smooth.

3. Pour into a plastic or metal container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.




*To Peel the Banana: Hold the banana in one hand near the base. With your other hand, grab the top stem, and pull it firmly downward. If it gives you trouble, rock it back-and-forth, trying to break the area between the stem and the skin just beneath. If that doesn't work, take a sharp paring knife, being careful not to cut yourself, hold the blade facing away from you and make a small incision on the side of the skin near the tip. Set the knife aside the tear the skin of the banana using your hands, which should make the skin peel away nicely.

Pull each side of skin down from the banana, exposing the fleshy fruit beneath. Once the banana is almost completely visible, firmly yank the skin down as far as possible and extract the banana from the skin. Discard the skin (it can be frozen, well-wrapped, for up to six month and saved for another use, if desired.) The banana should be used immediately. If not, it can be pureed then stored in a container with a sheet of plastic film pressed against the top, and refrigerated for up to 48 hours.

ini adalah resep ice cream yg paling gampang. jadi klo mo coba2 buat sendiri, bisa mulai dari ini.

klo resep oce cream yg biasany hyuuga bikin itu

Custard Ice-cream

pertama hyuu bikin custardny dulu

500ml                      Whole milk
565ml                      Double milk
6 tablespoons           Caster Sugar
5 teaspoons             Vanilla essens ( resep asliny si pake Vanilla  pod tp hyuu ga punya jd pake ini aj jg bisa kok)
8 Buah                     Putih telor ( klo bisa yg ini bener2 putihny aj jgn sampe kecampur sama kuning telor)

cara bikin custard
1. campur semua whole milk, 4 tablespoons caster sugar, vannila essens ke dalem saucepan. klo da mendidih langsung matiin apiny.
2. Di large mixing bowl, kocok 8 putih telor sama 2 tablespoons caster sugar sampe keliatan pucet. klo udah, masukin campuran yg td mendidih ke large mixing bowl sedikit2.
3. klo udah semua kecampur masak lagi hasil campuranny sampe kelihatan shiny2......
4.jgn terlalu lama masak custardny klo lama2 nanti hasil campuranny bakalan berantakan.....tp klo keliatan flek2 kecil....coba aj masak lg tp jgn lama2.

sekarang cara buat ice-creamny

klo custardny da jd masukin aj ke freezer aduk tiap 20 menit sekali di 2 jam pertama biar di custardny ga bebentuk butiran2 es....biar jd ice-granule.....pokokny tiap 20 menit diaduk deh sampe kliatan lembut........baru deh dibiarin.......dah slesai deh ;D ;D ;D

tambahan dari hyuuga.......sisa 8 kuning telorny bisa di jadiin omelet yg enak lhoo ;D ;D ;D ;D

bahannya cuman itu aja to? ga pake obat2an buat bikin es-nya keras?
soalnya mamaku sering ga percaya ama resep copas di internet...

itu ntar rasanya vanilla ya??

klo keras esny sih diemin aj d freezer ntar keras sendiri...tpi mesti sering diaduk2 biar ga jdi es batu aj...rada lama jg sih biar bisa bener2 jdi ice cream :D :D

ice cream klo keras malah jd es batu dong :D :D :D

ya sebenernya sih klo mo nanya ama Google sih banyak shabu ;D
yang paling gampang dibuat sih sorbet, cuma buat sorbet itu cukup makan waktu karena mesti mengaduk setiap bbrp jam biar ga jadi es batu seperti yang hyuuga bilang tuh.
